Ok folks! Scheduling bluebonnet portraits for next week, I found a patch near my studio in Liberty Hill. Evenings only, 2 per night starting Tuesday. 1 hours session (Includes time for breakouts family, kids, parents etc. We can shoot in the BBs & on my Vintage couch) $99 Session fee (+tax) or Mini Session 30 mins 1 group only $55 + tax) - Session fees payable when you Schedule. It's Heeeeree - My new vintage couch

Justin picked this up for me yesterday down in Houston, I am in LOVE! Its so cool, Im thinking outside in a field with families, babies...anyone really! Im even trying to figure out how to get it into the bluebonnets! This picture was taken at 7:00pm, love the light change for later pictures and mix it with this beauty and what an original/unique portrait you can have!

Bluebonnet Update!

BLUEBONNET update! Ok so I have found a patch of bluebonnets near me, which means if I can go get my new cool vintage couch we'll be in business. BUT they are still filling in AND we're about to get hammered by storms..I am praying my little patch is still there tomorrow. I'll post tomorrow and in the meanwhile I am figuring out what we'll be offering!

I also have a line on a small but beautiful patch at a friends ranch, if we go there we can also do shots on their property. Its gorgeous!

The BUNNIES are coming!

Blubonnets Coming (hopefully...)

So the weather is hot and muggy already, but cloudy skies actually makes it easier to photograph outside! Although the bugs are plentiful, the darker skies make all of the colors stand out and look fabulous. The farm is feeling all of this now, green grass is growing and the wildflowers are starting to come up. We dont have bluebonnets on our property unfortunately so I am on the lookout for a great spot to photograph, let me know if you find anything!!

Its also a great time to start thinking about and schedule family and/or outside portraits! In fact, its such a great time that I *might* want to run a special...hmmmm.  Keep an eye out!

I hope you're all enjoying this warm weather, I am SO thankful for the rain even though I love the sun. Our pastures are turning greenm, the animals are grazing and we're just having a great time.
