Models Needed July 19 & 20 FREE PORTRAITS

July 19 & 20th my friend and colleague, Ana Brandt & are are teaching a workshop at my studio on maternity & newborn portraits. I am needing models to be photographed during the program. Maternity - with dad or alone, no children please. 7-8 mos along, big enough to show in other words. Ok with being in skimpy clothing in front of a class (mostly women) :) We'll need you for about 60-90 minutes and you'll receive a CD of the images for modeling , a free 5x7 and 60% off pricing for any additional prints you want me to retouch and print.

Newborn - Baby 0-2 weeks preferred. We'll be photographing baby alone and possibly with mom & dad, no siblings on this one please. We'll need about 2 hours of your time and you'll receive a CD of the images for modeling , a free 5x7 and 60% off pricing for any additional prints you want me to retouch and print.

The Studio

Thanks to the well wishers as our family goes through a tough week with some emergencies that have overwhelmed us. We'll be closed thru Monday, possibly Tuesday. Please call and leave a message if you are needing to pick up, my extended staff doesnt have keys to the studio so we wont be able to get them until we get back in. Again, thank you for the thoughts and prayers....

Beautiful Bella

Isn't she gorgeous! This little darlin just talked, coo'd, and smiled thru her whole session, what fun we had! This dress was her mommys when she was a baby, what a beautiful keepsake to have and use.

By the Pond - A fabulous fishing dock set complete with "water" (from the computer), we'll be offering this set to your cute little boys & girls (yes girls can fish!) in 30 minute sessions! Rarely do we do a LE set with short sessions, but with the economy we want to be able to help everyone out and offer some lower cost sessions to capture the feel of summer! $35* session fee or Session and an 11x14 complete with water effects for $125*!! (Babys must be sitting up unattended, single child only as this is a small set. 6 mos - 2 years old are perfect ages!!) Denim overalls, shorts & tees are all great outfits for this set. We do have a picture of this set in a previous blog post so if you just cant wait to see it, flip to May 8th and it will be there!

Summer White Sale! - Going back to basics, a simple solid white background, fun for anything especially a colorful 4th of July or summer outfit from Cotton Candy Shop!! (See picture & info below!) Another 30 minute session for you, $35* Session fee or $149 for the session and a framed 12x12 collage of 4 images*!

*Session fee or special product must be paid at time you schedule your session. All products/fees are plus tax. These sessions do not count towards your baby club and WMG sessions may not be used, however if you are in one of those programs, you can use that pricing for additional prints!

Double Graduation for me

So last night my 18 year old (middle) son graduated high school. Thursday my 14 yr old daughter graduated 8th grade and is now our last child in regular school...its unbelievable! It sounds cliche, but it just happened so fast and I don't think I really let myself think about it until I was sitting in the bleachers watching him with his friends in their sea of purple gowns ready to walk....my babies are almost all grown up. My sister in law said it perfect.."You blinked"...thats what it feels like, one day you blink and they are not the little pumpkins you had following you around, asking a million questions, their little world revolving around yours. Too fast.....
