To make sure that you receive your portraits on time, please watch the following deadlines. Keep in mind shipping times if you will be sending them to family or friends. Most orders (smaller prints, light retouching & no special effects) can take up to 3 weeks to get back from the lab at this time of year, so please plan accordingly. Also, for appointments, we are almost sold out for holiday appointments so if you need one, please call today. Also, if you need to reschedule an appointment, it may be difficult to fit you back in for the holidays. We also ask that people really attempt to keep their ordering sessions, for the same reason. We have a flow that we have to watch at this time of year so if you need to reschedule, we may have a hard time fitting you back in, so other than emergencies of course, please try and keep all of your appointments. Normally we can accomodate many of these requests, but at this time of year we just want to make sure that your holiday portraits are the best they can be and on time for gifts and cards.
Deadlines:
Cards - There is no deadline for cards, however please allow for 7-15 days for them to be in ONCE you have approved your proof. If you have a specific deadline you need them by, please let Angie know at the ordering session.
Framed prints/Art Pieces - For delivery by December 23rd please order by November 27th to avoid rush fees.
Purses & Handbags - For delivery by December 23rd please order by November 15th to avoid rush fees.
Prints 11x14 & smaller (no effects) - For delivery by December 23rd please order by December 7th to avoid rush fees.
Wall portraits - For delivery by December 23rd please order by December 1st to avoid rush fees.
We may be able to get these things in after the deadline, however we cannot guarantee them without rush fees. Prints ordered after December 14th have NO guarantee even with rush fees.
